So, before you meet us at our events and workshops, you might be wondering… who are the people behind Sales Made Easy?

Well, get to know us a bit better by learning all about our experience, interests and what drives us to give you the best sales coaching there is!

Kevin Hayler.

owner & founder

Kevin has years of sales experience and founded Sales Made Easy in 2020.

With over 25 years’ experience in the sales sector, including over eight running his own sales companies, Kevin set up Sales Made Easy with the certainty that there’s an evident gap in the market for quantifiable salespeople. The sales sector deserves to be recognised and acknowledged as the skilled work it is, so led by Kevin, the team aims to train and enhance the pool of salespeople across the world, the Sales Made Easy way.

Having been involved in sales at all levels, Kevin appreciates the ups and downs people face each day, and the pressures put upon them to succeed so he has collated all of those experiences into his programmes. Ultimately aiming to help people sell more, to more people, the team is extremely people-focused, and have implemented sessions and courses with positive mental health front of mind to ensure participants succeed in a fun and meaningful way.

As Head of Learning and Development Tom believes in creating learning experiences for customers that are life changing. With over 30 years of experience teaching and developing in-class and online content, he is dedicated to developing unique learning solutions that engage learners and make positive changes to the learner’s life.

Tom has a philosophy of open mindedness, creativity, and is always on the lookout to implement industry-proven solutions that engage learners and provide them with the tools they need to succeed.

Elise joined the Sales Made Easy team in 2023 after being an advocate of our work for over 2 years. With 25 years of experience in sales and leadership, she uses her knowledge to benefit both the company and its clients.

Elise believes that helping people buy from you is a way of helping them. She encourages this belief in others and works to create a positive, happy, and wholesome sales experience. Her aim is to increase both sales and the quality of the experience by focusing on maximizing people’s potential. Elise strives to show the importance of continuous growth and learning within a sales environment.

Complimenting his first-hand experience in sales, Seán has studied sales psychology, adult learning, and teaching. Over the last 5 years, he has developed sales plans and processes for several multinational corporations. Seán has trained, coached, and managed teams of all sizes across the UK, EU, and North America – focusing on providing an excellent sales experience and customer journey.

Using empathy, trust, and communication, Seán coach’s salespeople to achieve their targets, helping them to win new customers and grow within their careers.
