“In my 30 years of working in sales across a number of industry sectors, I’ve completed a number of different sales courses, all of which have helped me in my career. Although each of the workshops included some useful elements, none of them had the full end to end, step by step approach that SME brings. Some of the modules cover topics that I have previously covered on other training courses such as pain and gain, however SME takes this concept and maximises its impact to a new level whilst combining it with other key processes that are essential to building trust and building strong customer relationships.
The format of the training allows me to learn and test my understanding at a pace that suits me and allows me to go back and revisit sections as often I as I need. Thankfully the content is super easy to understand and apply to my day job so I don’t have to revue whole topics, just the elements that are new and might not sink in first time.
Where other courses generally fail is that after you have completed the course work and gone back to your day job, there is no on going coaching so you fall back in to old habits, however SME have this covered by providing an on going coaching structure to ensure what you learn becomes ingrained and second nature.”
